Sharks fall 3-0 to the Apaches

In a challenging matchup, the Miami Dade Sharks faced off against Tyler Junior College, ultimately falling 3-0. 

The game's first goal came early in the 15th minute when Thompson found the back of the net, assisted by Gracie Hardman. Miami Dade's defense held firm for the next 23 minutes, but Tyler Junior College struck again in the 39th minute. This time, it was Rebekah Nolen who scored, with an assist from Jada Reyes, giving Tyler a 2-0 lead at halftime.

The Sharks attempted to regroup in the second half, but Tyler Junior College continued to press. In the 86th minute, Meike Zijderlaan scored the final goal, with another assist from Jada Reyes, sealing the victory at 3-0.

Miami Dade's goalkeeper, Ashley Fonseca, made five saves from eight shots on goal, keeping Miami Dade in the game, but the lack of offensive production proved costly. The Apache's goalkeeper, Saki Tsuchiya, was solid, making seven saves to secure the clean sheet. 

The Sharks will look to bounce back next week as they take on the Ave Maria University.
